Total experienced and beginners welcomed.  We'll teach you the rules and how to throw and catch the frisbee. Ultimate is a fast-paced game combining elements of soccer, basketball and football.  Be prepared to run alot. Come try it out.  You'll see why its called the Ultimate sport.
