I would like to form a group to get people out on Fridays and meet new people. Sometimes meet ups can be nerve racking, but not this one. We will try to make it fun by forming teams to compete in darts, pool, and depending on the location, any other activity available. Other meetings would be to watch a sporting event; but each event is going to be no stress, and the ease of mingling will be decreased to nil. This group is designed for experienced crossfitters that want to do some outdoors WODs once in a while and socialize with other crossfitters. We will meet up in parks or other areas of the city and do a fun WOD like 100 burpees for time :-) We will not teach any movements, so please just sign up if you have been doing crossfit for a while. It will be mainly body weight exercises and skills, nothing that requires free weights or equipments.
